EMHC Weekender - Jun 3rd - 4th (Sat - Sun)

Hello everyone.

We are really excited to announce our first two day BQE event at EMHC.   If you have not been to us before we are club near Brands Hatch in Kent and the What 3 Words that point to us are ///punch.song.maybe

We will have limited camping available and hope many will join us for the Saturday night. For those that don't want to camp, there are many AirBNB's, etc in the area  

There will be 36 pilots pilot slots available and we will start at 10AM on both days.  A meal will be provided on Saturday afternoon and then there will be free flying (not the course) until 8pm.

Pilot packs will be sent out approximately 1 week before the event. We will have some mains power available but please bring a generator / power pack if you have one.

This will be a Qualifier Event for the 2023 British Championship.

Entry fee £30, reduced to £27 for BDRA members. Camping £5 / night

[Cancellation policy.  You may withdraw from the event 2 weeks before the day and you will receive a 100% refund of your race fee.  If you pull out after that then we will refund your race fee if we can fill your position.  If the event is cancelled because of the weather then we will carry over your entry to our next event]
