You will need to have the usual personal insurance cover (BMFA or FPV UK) to participate in this event. Along with yout CAA number affixed to your model. This will be checked at event check-in. Cancellation Policy, All tIcket sales are final. Refunds can only be made at the oranisers discresion. Any refunds given will be subject to a 5% handling fee to cover PayPal transaction charges. If in any doubt please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Please note - In the event of cancellation due to severe weather will offer a refund minus PayPal handling fees, which you may choose to accept. Please bear in mind that some costs to the event organisers are not retrievable should this happen and we will do everything possible to avoid cancellation!
