The BDRA's first-ever showing at the British Model Flying Association's (BMFA) - 'Blades Over Buckminster' event at BMFA Headquarters, Buckminster running on Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th August.
This, as well as being a British National Qualifying Event (BQE), will also be the Team GB Qualifier for 2022 (taken from the qualifying results of the event, not the finals).
So if you want to be in with a chance of flying for Team GB next season at an international event - this is the one to come to!
There are 42 pilot places up for grabs – so please ensure you set your alarms! Sign-up goes live on InsideFPV at 8pm on Saturday 9th July.
Planned Schedule of Racing (subject to change)
Saturday - 9:00 am – 5:30 pm - British Championship Qualifying Event
Saturday - 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm - Night Fun Fly (with LED-lit course - LED-lit quads are also requested wherever possible!)
Sunday – 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (latest) – 'Spec' Racing (more details in Pilot Pack on this)
We will be utilising the Race Directing services and course equipment from Hull FPV for this event.
Saturday BQE - Registration will be £25 for BDRA members or £30 for non-members - with free entry to the 'Spec Racing' fun fly on Sunday.
Sunday 'Spec Racing' Fun Fly - if you wish to come for the Sunday only registration is £10 for BDRA members or £15 for non-members.

NOTE: Please ensure your BDRA membership is showing in your iFPV profile ahead of sign-up otherwise the discount will not be available to you.
There will be a very limited power supply – so as much as possible pilots are asked to bring your own charging equipment (generators are welcome).
If you require to camp on-site there will be an additional fee (£15 per unit, per night - tent, caravan, camper-van etc.) which is payable directly to the BMFA on arrival. Camping is available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening.
