MultiGP Summer Qualifier Event
Open to all, spectators, beginners and experienced. We will have a formal scrutineered MultiGP Summer Qualifier Track laid out and lap times will be official. If you have never participated in one of these then don't worry its no different to our race practises and a great opportunity to hone those skills and shave some seconds off your best times :)
We learnt a few lessons from the last event and we will endeavour to keep heats limited to 4 pilots to give more track space and minimise any video interference issues. Also this will be a day long event to give us a little more time and we will be running some practice rounds in the morning before moving into the formal 10 round Qualifier Event after midday.
Venue : Oxford RFC, N Hinksey Ln, North Hinksey, Oxford OX2 0NA
Session : £28 per pilot
Spec:
Format : MultiGP Open class, 2 minute heats. Laptimes will be fastest 3 lap consecutive.
Schedule:
10:00 - Arrive, Register, Scrutineering
10:25 - Pilot Briefing
10:30 - Practise Heats Start
12:30 - Lunch (Club House will be open so food can be bought on site)
13:00 - Formal GQE rounds start
17:00 - Finish, Track dismantle , Pub for dinner and a drink
