PLEASE NOTE: You must be a member of the BMFA/BDF to attend this event due to it being open to the public and the liability insurance only being valid if all Pilots are BMFA/BDF members. If you are insured by FPVUK, or another insurer, you must organise temporary insurance directly with the BMFA ahead of the event (cost of around £7 for 30 days). Proof of BMFA/BDF insurance will be required on check-in at the event or provided beforehand via iFPV or emailed direct to the BDRA Secretary. This is a requirement to fly.

What you can expect:

• An 18m x 12m "Pit Marquee" for use of all participating pilots. Bring your own folding table. (with spectator area)
• 6m x 3m Pilot "Flight Line" Gazebo placed sperately from the "Pit Marquee"
• A hugely experienced and UK renowned Race Director
• A VAR Team with access to full race data
• Event production by the FPV Racing Solutions team (working with the One4HDD team technical trial)
• Special Guest presenter Matt Andrews with us for the whole weekend
• A full set of BRAND NEW Championship Size "Multi-GP Style" race gates/flags/special track features
• A 10kVA Generator on site. Allowing us to power all race event equipment. With capacity in hand to supply 240v to the "Pit Marquee"
• An "Event Display" large format outdoor LED screen provided by Pioneer

We will for the first time be featuring a stand alone Whoop race event at Weston Park. Once the five inch action is over for the day the marquee will be handed over to our official BDRA Whoop Liasion Officer, Mr Mini-RollsRule of Birmingham Tiny Whoopers and Birmingham International Race Day fame. Guaranteed to be two evenings of frenetic small scale action. Plus this will be the" pilot event" for the UK Whoop Championship Qualifying Event format!

Five Inch racers get a whooping discount!

Planned Schedule of Racing (subject to change)

• Friday - Noon to 1600hrs - Setup
• Friday - 1600hrs to 2100hrs - Whoop Class, British Championship Qualifying Event
• Saturday - 0900hrs to 1700hrs - Five Inch Class, British Championship Qualifying Event
• Saturday - 1800hrs to 2200hrs - Whoop Class, British Championship Qualifying Event
• Sunday – 0900hrs to 1600hrs (latest) – British Championship Qualifying Event
• Sunday – 1600hrs - Packdown, followed by Prizegiving Ceremony

Registration to enter the Five Inch Class, with four day camping pass:

• £65 for BDRA members
• £70 for non-members. 

The event price SHOULD have either remained at £90 or possibly gone up this year. Thanks to our sponsors we are able to bring you this event at this hugely subsidised price!

We kindly ask that anyone signing up ensures they compete on both main flying days - Saturday and Sunday (unless there is a valid reason). NOTE: Your ticket will allow entry daily for those staying off-site.

REFUND POLICY - 

Once 48hrs have passed, after a pilot has signed up to the event, no refunds will be available unless maximum number of pilots is reached, and the space is filled by another pilot.

Any refunds outside of this policy are at the organisers discretion.

Please contact the BDRA to discuss any special circumstances.

Any/all refunds will be subject to a 5% handling fee which covers fee's taken by PayPal in processing your transaction.
